(pic: 123rf)
Ingredients :
quarter cup cooking oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
150 gr pork, sliced into small pieces
1 and half tbsp shrimp paste mixed with 1 tbsp water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
quarter cup chopped or pounded dried shrimp
3 and half cups steamed rice, raked to separate grains
6 madan, shredded
4 shallots, chopped
1 egg
1 coriander plant
1 finely sliced spur chili
2 cucumbers
2 limes
How To Make :
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry garlic until golden, then add pork and fry. Add shrimp paste, when fragrant, add sugar, fish sauce, and shrimp and fry, mixing together. Add rice and continue frying. When done, remove from heat, sprinkle with madan and shallots, mix together thoroughly, and remove from the pan.
2. Beat the egg. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, pour in egg and swirl so egg forms thin layer on the bottom of the pan. When egg sets, roll up and cut into narrow strips.
3. Scoop rice onto a serving plate and sprinkle with egg, coriander, and chili. Serve with sliced cucumber and lime.
